LOIS: Journal of Community Service is a scholarly journal that publishes the results of community service activities oriented toward the application of science, technology, and the arts to improve community welfare and strengthen sustainable community empowerment.
LOIS: Journal of Community Service is published by Yayasan Pendidikan Aksara Cendikia as a scientific dissemination platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and observers of community service from various disciplines at both national and international levels.
This journal is published twice a year, in February and August.
The scope of LOIS: Journal of Community Service includes, but is not limited to, community service activities in the following fields:
- Education and learning
- Health and public health
- Social, cultural, and local wisdom studies
- Economic empowerment and MSMEs
- Environment and sustainable development
- Appropriate technology
- Law and public policy based on community service
Each article published in LOIS: Journal of Community Service has undergone a peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and practical contributions to society. The journal is managed using Open Journal Systems (OJS) and is committed to the principles of openness, scientific integrity, and publication ethics.
