Sejarah Pendidikan Islam Dan Bahasa Arab

The aim of this research is to determine the progress of Islamic education and Arabic language teaching in the past. The type of research taken is a literature review. Literature study as a means of obtaining various scientific information to explain the various problems being studied. This literature study comes from various sources, including journals, books and supporting documents which can expand the study and repertoire in discussing problems and solutions in depth and comprehensively. The research results show that people who want to understand and teach Islamic teachings well must try to learn Arabic. Languages other than Arabic cannot be relied upon to provide certainty about the explicit and implied meanings of the meaning contained in the Al-Quran.
